Rotem & Mounir Saouma is a winery in the Rhone Valley that takes the name of the couple that runs it. Both studied viticulture and oenology and their first business in the world of wine was in 1999 with the creation of the micro-negociant Lucien Le Moine for marketing Burgundy wines. They currently cultivate their 15 acres in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and another 22 in Côtes du Rhône organically.
Like his Châteauneuf-du-Papes, Mounir’s Inopia exhibits tremendous finesse and balance. Silky, elegant with transparent and pure red fruit flavors and aromas.
