WYNNS BLACK LABEL CAB SAUV

Wynns Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a true icon of Australian wine, and a perennial favourite in auction circles. First released in 1954, Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from only the top 20 to 25 per cent of Cabernet Sauvignon fruit grown in our terra rossa vineyards. Fermentation takes place in static and roto-fermenters. The wine is matured in new (never more than 20%) and old French and American oak for between 12 and 18 months depending on vintage. This is a classic Coonawarra Cabernet which develops into a rich, chocolaty wine with age.
