
Fermented in stainless steel Potter tanks, then pressed to oak to complete mlf, and subsequently matured for 12 months in a range of new and older French barrels. Very clear varietal expression on show, with blackcurrant, cedar and mint prominent. Full and supple on the palate with some sweetness of fruit, it finishes strongly with lingering flavours and ripe tannin.
