• Payment Verification & Order Hold
  For security reasons, orders may be placed on hold pending payment verification or clearance if a credit card transaction is flagged as high risk.
  
  
• Normal Delivery within Klang Valley
  * Delivery 3 – 5 working days
  * Klang Valley area only.
  * Free Klang Valley shipping for orders above MYR 500.00
  * Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be proceed on the following working day.
  
  
• Klang Valley Express Delivery
  * Express Delivery is available daily but subject to public holiday and rider availability.
  * Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Cheras, Puchong and Subang Jaya areas only.
  * For any order before 3 PM, same day delivery.
  * For any order after 3 PM, delivery on the following working day.
  
  
• Cross State Delivery
  * Delivery 3 – 5 working days
  * Kedah, Penang, Perak, Melaka, Johor only.
  * Delivery orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following working Monday.
  * Areas outside Klang Valley will be subjected to our courier service partner respective charges.
  
  
• Self Pickup @ Tropicana Avenue
  * Pickup time 10 AM - 3 PM daily from Monday to Sunday
  * Online purchase items are only meant for pick up and take away.
