Bodegas Ugalde Bianai is one of the most historic and highly acclaimed wineries in Spain’s celebrated Rioja region. Located in the Rioja Alta sub-region , it was founded in 1882 by Don Felipe Ugalde, and as well as being one of the oldest wineries in the Rioja region it is one of only four ‘grandfathered-in’ before Spanish law prohibited the use of Rioja in brand names and on wine labels.
Bodegas Ugalde Bianai Reserva is the result of meticulous aging in French oak barrels, followed by extended bottle maturation, allowing the wine to develop complexity and depth over time. This aging process adds layers of richness and refinement, resulting in a wine that is both elegant and powerful.
