Gimenez Mendez Alta Reserva Touriga is a red wine from small vineyards grown in Uruguayan vineyards. Originally from Portugal, the Touriga grape variety (Touriga Nacional, one of its many names) recently arrived in Uruguay, with a promising future. These things are promised by the wine made by the vinification of the Gimenez Mendez family.
It is an intense Touriga, with a lot of body, that accompanies in a very pleasant way meals with a high fat content. Dark and bright purple color, impenetrable light, subtle presence of red and black fruits on the nose. Long pleasant finish.
