(Out of stock)
With his first vintage in 1956, Henri became the 12th generation of his family to make wine in Châteauneuf du Pape. Only 6.5 hectares of vines spread among 13 different parcels most notably in La Crau and Courthezon. A traditionalist to the core, Bonneau’s wines are 90% Grenache, plus the balance in Mourvèdre, Syrah, Counoise and Vaccarese, aged in old French oak for 3-5 years. ‘Celestins’ debuted in 1927 is a selection of Bonneau’s finest barrels.
