Kilchoman’s 100% Islay is so-called as all the production takes place on the island. The barley is grown on the estate farm and malted on-site, and bottling also takes place at the distillery. The sixth edition, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2016 is a mixture of first-fill and refill bourbon barrels. Lightly peated, fresh and light with citrus notes.
