Mounir Saouma’s story in the Chateauneuf-du-Pape started with a state sale of a small plot in Pignan, one of the most famous vineyard areas of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
Omnia, meaning ‘ALL’ is a blend albeit 75% Grenache with the rest made up with the other 12 varieties. It’s a blend of five villages from 9 different vineyards but it’s key to understand that most of the wine is from Pignan, the sub region they believe offers the most elegant Grenache from this region.

The wine has aromas of violet flowers that also evokes ripe red and blue fruit, spices and balsamic elements. On the palate it is fleshy and concentrated, with flavours of raspberry and blueberries and a sweet taste. It also offers a pleasant minerality, smoked touches and good structured tannins.
