Rotem & Mounir Saouma is a winery in the Rhone Valley that takes the name of the couple that runs it. Both studied viticulture and oenology and their first business in the world of wine was in 1999 with the creation of the micro-negociant Lucien Le Moine for marketing Burgundy wines. They currently cultivate their 15 acres in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and another 22 in Côtes du Rhône organically.

A lovely nose of flint, matchstick, baked lemon and sliced pear. Medium-to full-bodied with silky texture. Wonderful concentration and length. White tea spice with lemongrass and grated nutmeg.
