The Pioneer Block Sauvignon Blanc are made from outstanding small parcels of fruit identified by Saint Clair’s winemakers from selected specialist vineyard sites with unique terroir in the Marlborough region. Each wine has subtle style differences and carry a name linked to the vineyard origin which tells a story.

The wine has a pale straw color, with aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied, with flavors of grapefruit, lime, and passionfruit. The finish is clean and bright, with a slight mineral note.
