The “Sassetto” of Villa Bagnolo is a pure expression of Romagna Sangiovese, a Sangiovese Superiore whose grapes come from the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines and are located 300 meters above sea level.Villa Bagnolo manually collects the grapes which then ferment at a controlled temperature.
