Expressive red to black currant and red liquorice aromas meld into cedary tobacco notes, subtle black olive and spicy bay leaf. Medium to full bodied and showing plenty of richness, the palate is layered with ripe red to dark currant, mulberry and red liquorice fruits which have a plush feel. Infusions of bay leaf, cedary tobacco characters and spice flow onto the back half. Polished tannin structure finishing with a lick of freshness and a long delicious aftertaste.
