Managed by winemaker Florian Mollet since 2000, building a modern cellar and expanding the family estate to 42 acres. Each parcel is vinified separately in small stainless steel tanks to maintain site specificity. The domaine holds 12 parcels total in Sancerre, with 24 acres of Sauvignon Blanc and nearly 4 acres of Pinot Noir.
Made from grapes grown on the ‘Oisly’ plateau, in the heart of Touraine region, this wine is an excellent benchmark of ‘Loire Sauvignon Blanc’, distinguished by its aromatic style and lively palate.

The nose shows expressive aromas of gooseberry, white flowers and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is harmonious with zippy acidity complemented by vibrant gooseberry and stone fruit flavours.
