The Domaine MOREY-COFFINET was born from the marriage of Michel Morey and Fabienne Coffinet. The property is based on Chassagne Montrachet and the vineyard extends over Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2007, the wines are no longer filtered and thus keep all the peculiarity of their terroirs. From 2015, all the vines are now worked in organic and biodynamic cultivation.
The wine has yellow orchard fruit, pears and spring flowers in a refined and focused bouquet with apricot and beeswax scents.the palate was fresh on the entry with a fine acidity that cuts through clementine and peach notes, gently fanning out with a dab of ginger on the lip-smacking finish.
