It is the first time in 16 years that Lotte officially launched a new soju product since ‘Chum-Churum’ in 2006. Unlike conventional soju products, Saero Soju 257 is “Zero Sugar” soju that does not use fructose. Although it is a diluted soju with water in alcohol, it is characterized by adding a small amount of distilled soju to it to create the taste of distilled soju.
