The SHIN Blended Whisky is made by carefully selected malt and grain whisky and aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks before finishing in rare Japanese Mizunara Oak. The Master Distiller, Ken Usami, meticulously blended this exceptional whisky that contains 50% of malted barley and 50% of grain. “SHIN” means “Integrity” in Japanese, which is the core creed of Samurai tradition.
Upon the first sip, one is greeted by a symphony of flavors. The Shin Blended Whisky presents a delicate balance of sweet caramel and honey notes, intertwining with hints of rich vanilla and oak. The velvety texture coats the palate, revealing subtle undertones of dried fruits and a gentle smokiness that lingers, leaving a memorable impression.
