The grapes for this wine were grown on Yarra Valley vineyards. An early season produced fruit of excellent quality, transformed into an elegant wine by winemaking with minimal intervention. Whitebox wines are fashioned with respect to terroir and tradition.
The Whitebox Pinot Gris is an attractive pink colour typical of the variety. The wine shows sherbet, musk and gooseberry aromas, leading to a soft and ripe palate with fine acid balance.
