Established in Gevrey, Jean-Michel Guillon started in 1980 on a 2.3 hectare estate, of which he increased the area to more than 13.8 ha distributed in many appellations (mazis, gevrey, morey, clos de vougeot) . Seconded by his son Alexis since 2005, he is illustrated with great regularity in the Guide Hachette.

The nose is fresh with a nice well-blended woodiness and notes of leather. On the palate, we find a beautiful palette of red fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry) with a well-controlled and very fine woodiness.
