The Domaine MOREY-COFFINET was born from the marriage of Michel Morey and Fabienne Coffinet. The property is based on Chassagne Montrachet and the vineyard extends over Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet. Since 2007, the wines are no longer filtered and thus keep all the peculiarity of their terroirs. From 2015, all the vines are now worked in organic and biodynamic cultivation.
Black plum mixed with hints of dark chocolate. The palate is cohesive on the entry with fleshier tannins and a dense mid-palate with well-integrated oak towards the finish.
