Established in Gevrey, Jean-Michel Guillon started in 1980 on a 2.3 hectare estate, of which he increased the area to more than 13.8 ha distributed in many appellations (mazis, gevrey, morey, clos de vougeot) . Seconded by his son Alexis since 2005, he is illustrated with great regularity in the Guide Hachette.
The wine is round, soft and concentrated from the start, with aromas of black fruits (black currant), spicy notes and a slight hint of wood, with fine and velvety tannins.
