Born Gold Junmai Daiginjo is a premium sake from Fukui, Japan, made by Kato Kichibee Shoten with rice polished to 50%. This Junmai Daiginjo shows aromas of pear, melon, white peach, pineapple, steamed rice, and light floral notes. The palate has medium body, mild rice sweetness, soft fruit, light umami, and a clean finish. Serve chilled with sushi, sashimi, scallops, oysters, grilled white fish, tempura, or lightly seasoned poultry.
